Terms of Service


Permission for Entering Property

This service involves and requires coordination of reasonable access to private property. Acceptance of these terms acknowledges that you the owner of or agent of the owner give permission to grant access the property noted in the order request, and hereby Grant, TrueMeasure, Inc. and its associate’s access for the sole purposes of executing the service of home measurement and verification of measurements.

Variations and Exclusions

TrueMeasure, Inc. executes measurements, verification of measurements and plan reports in compliance with industry accepted professional ANSI Standards. TrueMeasure, Inc. cannot provide measurement reports for areas of a home that are not reasonably accessible. Any discrepancies that are found in measurements and/or plan reports will be verified and corrected, in a timely manner. If an error in measuring or calculation exceeds 10-percent, we will refund the measurement fee upon request.

Delivery of Plan Report

Plan reports are provided as part of our services in PDF file format and are delivered via email to the address details provided at the time of the order request. Every effort is made to meet and exceed your expectations and our goal of plan report delivery in amount of time detailed based upon your selection of our measurement programs.

Invoice and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are required in advance. Current acceptable forms of payment include checks and credit cards.

Termination

In the event that the property is determined to be unsafe, or the work environment unsatisfactory, TrueMeasure, Inc. reserves the right to prepaid monies and cease work.

Refund Policy

For orders that have been cancelled in accordance with our terms and conditions, a full refund will be processed and issued in a timely manner, usually within 10-business days.

For orders cancelled after the cancellation period, but at least 4-hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund Less a 5-percent Processing Fee, will be processed and issued in a timely manner, usually within 10-business days.

No refund will be provided for orders where the TrueMeasure, Inc. associate has arrived on site for the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the time sensitive nature of our service, cancellations are accepted ONLY if made within 5-hours of acceptance of terms and confirmation of the order.

Acceptance of these terms acknowledges your understanding and agreement to payment of the agreed amount and Terms of Service Agreement ordered and rendered in part or whole.
